Cubic Void WebGL (Browser Version)

This is a WebGL version for Cubic Void. 

This version was built off the current v0.4 preview except all the new features are disabled because I don't want to spoil what i'm working on.

just for notice, THIS IS NOT THE FINAL BUILD FOR CUBIC VOID V0.4. More features are still being added and removed so anything new that you see that I didn't remove from the build might still be removed or reworked.

There is lots more to come in v0.4 meaning the actual update release will be much more plentiful in features than this preview.

I will also make a mobile build once v0.4 comes out.
